Dental Plan – You have the option to choose any dentist within the network through our top-notch dental carrier. Our dental plan pays 100% of your preventive service with an in-network provider and for a discount with your out-of-network provider.

Short Term & Long Term Disability – This 100% company-paid benefit is available for you when you need it the most. Full-time employees are eligible to receive two-thirds of the weekly pay during disability. Best of all, this benefit is FREE! (This benefit coverage begins after you’ve been with us 90 days.)

Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D – Optional life insurance is available to employees, the employee’s spouse, and/or the employee’s child/ren.

Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan – Co-pays for office visits and prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, treatment programs, and other out-of-pocket expenses can be reimbursed tax-free. PC On Call provides two convenient, pre-tax plans to offset expenses with medical and dependent care options.

Personal Health Days (PHD) – After 90 days of employment, you will begin accruing supplemental time needed for vacation, sick and personal business.
