If your PC problem re-occurs within thirty (30) days of service by a PC On Call technician, PC On Call will fix it for free*.

On Call Response Guarantee
IT Partners receive guaranteed, on-site priority responses. If you call before noon, we will be there the same day. If you call after noon, we will be there the next day before noon*.

On Call Product Guarantee
Parts and Labor Warranty of up to two (3) years for On Call systems*.
