inception in July 2000, Redox has grown from a single, three-person
office to a dynamic, multi-location, twenty-seven-person business. As
a result of this expansion, Redox needed an IT service provider that
would 1) integrate home office/remote office communications, 2)
support dial-in database updates, and 3) work with their software
vendors to provide the appropriate technology for remote network
access. Although Redox knew they had significant IT needs, they had a
