IT Partner: Emergency, After-Hours Response
The following applies to Non-Business Hours emergency response services. Non-Business Hours service requests from 5:01pm to 7:59am Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday, will not be fielded through the WBPL and will require a phone call to our after hours dispatch at 1.888.PcOnCall (726.6225). There is a two-hour minimum and all hours will be billed at 1.5 times the Preferred Rate.
